Jonathan was so very professional, courteous, honest and trustworthy. I had called Friday night after hours expecting to leave a voicemail yet he answered and stated he’d be by the very next morning to take a look. He was here bright and early and explained our options. I’m currently pregnant and it was our first touch of hot weather so Jonathan went above and beyond to do what he could and kept my ac working until a part that was needed arrived. I was not expecting a miracle but that’s what Jonathan gave us. I knew he was very busy the coming week and was not expecting such a quick turn around time but he stated he’d wanted to to be up and running properly so he came as soon as he could to finish the job. I was in desperate need for an experienced, quality, fast, and friendly electrician to fix an absolute nightmare, and HUGE mistake on my part. I bought an electric car in 2024, and I needed a charging port installed. After 3 bids, I chose an electrician who shall remain nameless. (He is new and I don't want to be overly critical on his particular installation job, quite frankly it was awful.) I used google to help me find a recommended electrician. SAFE SCOPE ELECTRIC came up first. I called and spoke to a man on the phone, Jonathan. I explained my situation, how I needed to fix the below standard installation and have the work properly done up to code. I honestly had a price in mind. He came and immediately looked at the subpar work I paid for. He assured me that his work would be top, notch. After reading every one of his google reviews, I knew I chose the right electrician this time. We agreed on a time and a price. I was given an estimate, and a invoice via email. I gave him 10% down to ensure the appointment time, and any materials. Jonathon arrived at 0800 like promised. In 3 hours, he fixed, what took the other man two days to destroy.
